FLOAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The aim of Float and Restore is to provide a nice, calm and relaxing environment for all customers and to ensure their experience is the best it can be.

I can confirm I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I understand that people suffering from acute skin disorders, claustrophobia, epilepsy, incontinence, schizophrenia, pregnant ladies in their first trimester, or anyone who has suffered from recent gastrointestinal upset, nose or throat infections should not float without medical authorisation. I confirm that I do not suffer from any of these (if I do, I can present a medical document allowing me to float).

In addition, I acknowledge that I will be liable for an additional fee of $500 in accordance with the Float and Restore Terms and Conditions if I damage the facility in any way or do any of the following whilst in the Dream Pod or private room:

  • Failure to thoroughly wash all oils, dirt or sand prior to entering the Pod
  • Discolour the Pod water due to hair dye or other colouring agents, this must be washed out thoroughly prior to floating
  • Play music from private sources or talk loudly
  • Vomit
  • Urinate or defecate (or other bodily fluids of such nature)

Massage Terms and Conditions

I have provided a detailed medical history. I do not expect the therapist to have foreseen any previous or pre-existing condition that I have not mentioned.

I understand that massage/sauna may provide benefits for certain conditions, but results are not guaranteed. These benefits may include relief of muscular tension, relaxation, reduction in the symptoms of stress-related conditions and provision of general wellbeing.

I also understand that massage therapy/sauna may produce side effects such as muscle soreness, mild bruising, increased awareness of areas of pain and light-headedness amongst other possible temporary outcomes.

I am aware that the therapist does not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications nor physically manipulate the spine or its immediate articulations.

I know that I have the right to question procedures used and to receive an explanation of any procedures that the therapist performs.

I will tell the therapist about any discomfort I may experience during the therapy session and understand that the therapy will be adjusted accordingly.

I understand that my body will be discreetly covered.

I understand that inappropriate actions or language is cause for termination of the massage, and that the massage therapist reserves the right to refuse anyone.

Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 36 months at the store of purchase only. Any gift card purchased from our Wangara online store must be used at the Wangara centre. The same applies to our Cannington store.

Cancellation Policy:

I agree to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel my appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, Float & Restore reserves the right to charge a $35 cancellation or no show fee.
