These terms and conditions also contain our delivery/dispatch, privacy and returns policy terms.

Cancellations

Booking cancellations and changes should be made 48 hours prior to your session, if changes/cancellations occur within the 48hr period full payment will be required

Complaints

While we try to ensure the customer experience is flawless, should you have any complaints, please mention it at reception on the day or drop us an email to bookings@floatandrestore.com.au

We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours and work the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion

Delivery/Dispatch

Selected dates for delivery and pickup may not be the same as the actual dates that your products/services will be delivered and picked up

Failure by Float & Restore to deliver or pickup on said dates will not incur any penalties to Float & Restore

If Float & Restore cannot gain access/deems placement to be unsafe and delivery cannot be made then Float & Restore is entitled to further delivery charges for lost time/repeat delivery

Waiting times will also be charged. If no clear or safe access is provided

Email Enquiries

We welcome all email enquiries and will endeavour to respond to all of them within 24 hours

General Restrictions

The minimum age to enjoy a float session at Float & Restore is 16 years old

It is not recommended to enter the tank under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances

It is inadvisable to float if you suffer from incontinence, serious heart disease, epilepsy or chronic kidney disease

For hygiene reasons, it is not recommended to float if you are menstruating

Gift Cards

Can be purchased via our website or in store and are not returnable

They are valid for 12 months after the purchase date or the opening of the centre (whichever is the later date)

Cards are sent via email following purchase online or purchased and collected in-store

Gift Card Redemptions

Gift cards should be presented on arrival before your float

You can either present a paper copy or if this is not to hand, you can simply provide the individual voucher number at reception which will be in the email the purchaser was sent

Memberships

Memberships are purchased via our website and are valid immediately following purchase and are automatically renewed each month

You are entitled to the stated number of floats per month for your particular membership as well as all other benefits as stipulated on the memberships page

Memberships have a minimum 3 month period during which cancellation may not be made. Following this 3 month period, you can cancel the membership by contacting Float & Restore

You can change your membership level after the initial three month period if you would like to upgrade/downgrade. Please contact Float & Restore to arrange this

Prices and Special Offers

We aim to ensure all prices and website content are current at all times

Special offers may change without prior notice so if you want to be sure of securing the special offer price, ensure that it is live on the website when you make your booking

Privacy

Your details will not be shared with any 3rd parties by Float & Restore

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification

We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information

Returns Policy

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you requested as per the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Policy
